Delete your Duohem account

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your account and your place in the family calendar straight away.

• If the other parent is still in the family calendar, it stays with them – including the shared calendar, expenses and messages, since those are a shared record for both parents.
• If you are the only parent in it, the family calendar and everything in it is deleted with your account.
• Backups on our side are overwritten within 35 days.

Can't open the app? Write to dalstengroup@outlook.com from the address you want to be sure about, and tell us your invite code or the name you use in the app. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

A Premium subscription is managed by Google Play or the App Store – cancel it there so it does not renew.
