Terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Duohem. By using the app you accept them.
Who we are
Duohem is provided by Dalsten Group, Sweden. Contact: dalstengroup@outlook.com.
What Duohem is – and is not
Duohem is a tool for two parents to share a calendar, messages, expenses and information about their children. It is not legal advice, mediation or a court-approved record, and it does not decide custody, maintenance or who owes what. Amounts and balances are calculated from what the two of you enter.
Your part
Use Duohem respectfully and lawfully. Do not use it to harass, threaten or monitor anyone. Only invite the child's other parent, and only add information you are entitled to share with them. Messages cannot be deleted – write accordingly.
Premium and the free trial
Premium is a subscription per family, bought through Google Play or the App Store and renewed automatically until you cancel it there. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. The free 14-day trial is started in the app, needs no payment details and ends by itself without any charge. Refunds follow the store's rules.
Availability
We work to keep Duohem available and your data safe, but cannot promise that it will always work without interruption. Keep anything you must be able to prove (for example for a court) also somewhere else, and use the export when it is available.
Liability
Duohem is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions made by parents based on what is in the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using Duohem and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app. Swedish law applies, and you keep the protection of the law where you live.
